TUE Description The following Athletes shall be considered to be National-Level Athletes for the purposes (e.g., Testing, TUEs, whereabouts, and Results Management), whether or not they are a national or resident of Tajikistan: 

1. Athletes who are members or license holders of any National Federation in Tajikistan, or of any member or affiliate organization of any National Federation in Tajikistan (including any clubs, teams, associations, or leagues).

2. Athletes who participate in such capacity in Events, Competitions, and other activities organized, convened, authorized or recognized by any National Federation in Tajikistan, or by any member or affiliate organization of any National Federation in Tajikistan (including any clubs, teams, associations or leagues), wherever held. 

3. Any other Athlete who by virtue of an accreditation, a license or other contractual arrangement, or otherwise, is subject to the authority of any National Federation in Tajikistan, or of any member or affiliate organization of any National Federation in Tajikistan (including any clubs, teams, associations or leagues), for purposes of anti-doping. 

4. Athletes who participate in any capacity in any activity organized, held, convened or authorized by the organizer of a National Event or of a national league that is not affiliated with a National Federation. However, if any such Athletes are classified by their respective International Federations as International-Level Athletes then they shall be considered to be International-Level Athletes (and not National-Level Athletes).
