Tajikistan sports official meets with national teams in boxing and taekwondo

The Chairman of Tajik Committee of Youth Affairs and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Rahmonzoda Abdullo Qurbonali, has met with the national teams in boxing and taekwondo.

The meetings on successive days with the athletes and coaches of both sports were held to look into preparations of the national teams prior to taking part in international competitions.

It was also attended by officials of the Tajikistan National Olympic Committee and representatives of the Boxing Federation of Tajikistan and the Taekwondo Federation of Tajikistan.

During the meeting, Chairman Qurbonali listened to proposals and suggestions made by athletes, and also gave specific instructions to officials to create suitable conditions for training as well as to provide all support for the national teams.

The management and head coaches in boxing and taekwondo gave an update on their respective sports, and at the end of the meeting along with the athletes, expressed their gratitude for the guidance and support from sports officials.
