Tajikistan Junior Tennis Players become winner

The 10th International Junior Tennis Tournament “Cup of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan” concluded in favor of Tajikistan junior tennis players and Uzbekistan team. This top sporting event brought together 64 tennis players from 10 countries of the world such as Afghanistan, Belarus, Canada, Kyrgyzstan, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Russia, the United States of America, and Tajikistan for three days’ competition. Isamjon Sharifov from Tajikistan became a winner in men and another Tajikistan’s tennis player Aminjon Abdulloev won the bronze medal of the tournament. Belarus’s player Danila Moroz owned the silver medal in men. Female tennis player Mohinur Sharipova from Uzbekistan swept to victory over all her opponents and got the gold medal of the tournament, but the second and third places snatched by Tajikistan female tennis players Nargiza Yahyoeva and Diana Inanikhina.
At the award ceremony, the winners have been handed the Cup of the tournament, diplomas, and cash reword and also, they heard greetings and complement by the First Deputy Chairperson of the Committee for Youth Affairs and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan – Mr. Nazarzoda Rizo, Rio-2016 gold medalist Dilshod Nazarov, and President of Tajikistan Tennis Federation Mr. Shohin Saidov.
It should be noted that every year, under direct auspicious of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan, President of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan H.E. Emomali Rahmon puts underway the grandiose tennis sporting competitions for the Cup of the President of Tajikistan in Dushanbe.
