New sport facilities launched in Rasht district

On 26 June 2019 on the sidelines of business trip of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan H.E. Emomali Rahmon to Rasht region, there has been solemnly launched the sport facilities.
It should be noted that over the last a few years as per instructions of the Founder of Peace H.E. Emomali Rahmon with a view of development and promotion of the healthy lifestyle and steadily progress of football in the country, there has been constructing sports stadiums and mini sports grounds across the country by OCA Executive Board member, the President of Tajikistan Football Federation – Mr. Rustam Emomali.
Following the ongoing wide range of construction of the sports facilities within the country, this sports complexes have been solemnly launched into operation in the administrative center of Rasht district which established and designed according to the highest global sustainability standards overall at 4000 square meters within the scope of the OCA’s program “OlympAsia Project” included mini football ground, volleyball patch, and outdoor gym.
During the opening ceremony of the sport facilities attended Adviser to the President for the public affairs- Mr. Rahmonzoda Abdujabbor, Chairman of the Rural Development Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan- Mr. Qosim Rohbar, State Inventory Preservation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan – Mr. Ahmadzoda Nurmuhammad, Head of Department for Rural Development of the Presidential Executive Office- Mr. Nematzoda Maliksho, Vice President of the National Olympic Committee of Tajikistan – Mr. Abdullozoda Ahtam Rustam, and local authorities of Rasht district.
The football ground established at 992 square meters in compliance with the international standards and the volleyball area is set up at 340 square meters, equipped with the necessary sports equipment. The outdoor gym has been built at 420 square meters installed with all gym tools which allow young people and athletes engage in for daily exercises here.  
Around of the sports complex decorated with the colorful flowers and shadowy trees which it is a convenience place for enjoying and entertainment.
During the opening ceremony, the young people and inhabitants of Rasht district extended their appreciation to the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan H.E. Emomali Rahmon, President of Tajikistan Football Federation – Mr. Rustam Emomali, and Chairman of the Olympic Council of Asia H.E. Sheikh Ahmad Al Fahad Al Sabah for such a wonderful sport complex.
